2007 begannen wir mit unseren belgischen Partnern von Benelux Scientific<\/a> und sp\u00e4ter POROMETER<\/a> zusammenzuarbeiten, um die Porometer-Produktlinie zu entwickeln. 2018 haben wir beschlossen, noch einen Schritt weiter zu gehen und sind der Aptco Group beigetreten \u2013 siehe unten.<\/span><\/p>\n

2019 haben wir die LUXOR-Coater-Produktlinie<\/a> entwickelt, einen kompakten und vollautomatischen Metall-Sputter-Coater f\u00fcr den Elektronenmikroskopie-Markt.<\/span><\/p>\n

Eine weitere aktuelle Entwicklung ist der MEMCAST<\/a>, ein automatischer Filmbeschichter f\u00fcr die Synthese flacher Polymermembranen mit unterschiedlichen Dicken.
